Welcome to WealthProfusionLLC Transport (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, reserving passenger charters, booking executive airport shuttles, scheduling VIP chauffeurs, or entering into commercial freight dispatch agreements, you (“Client”, “Passenger”, or “Shipper”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
1.1. Passenger Services: A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the designated deposit (typically 20% to 25% of the total estimated fare) and issuance of an official booking confirmation email from WealthProfusionLLC Transport. The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days prior to departure for charter buses, or 24 hours prior for executive sedans and shuttles.
1.2. Freight Dispatch: All freight loads are executed under executed Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOL), and Master Transportation Agreements specifying commodity, weights, pickup/delivery windows, and agreed detention/accessorial rate structures.
2.1. Charter & Motorcoach Luggage: Each passenger is entitled to one (1) large suitcase stowed in the undercarriage luggage bay (maximum 50 lbs) and one (1) small carry-on item for overhead bins. Additional or oversized baggage must be declared at the time of booking.
2.2. Prohibited Cargo & Items: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms (unless authorized under law with written advance notice), and illicit narcotics are strictly prohibited on all passenger vehicles and unauthorized freight runs.
2.3. Baggage Liability: While we exercise utmost care, WealthProfusionLLC Transport is not liable for fragile, high-value electronics, cash, or jewelry packed in checked luggage. Maximum passenger luggage liability is limited to $250.00 per piece unless declared and insured prior to departure.
3.1. Zero Tolerance Policy: Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, and disorderly or abusive conduct toward drivers or other passengers are strictly prohibited. The captain/driver retains absolute authority to remove any disruptive passenger without refund.
3.2. Sanitation & Damage Fees: A minimum professional detailing and sanitization fee of $350.00 will be billed to the booking credit card for biological spills, food/drink contamination, or excessive cleanup. Any physical damage to upholstery, audio/video systems, or interior fixtures will be billed at full replacement/repair cost.
4.1. WealthProfusionLLC Transport endeavors to maintain 99.8% on-time performance; however, we are not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather, blizzards, floods, highway accidents, mandatory road closures, mechanical failures with timely replacement, or unanticipated airport air traffic control hold-ups.
4.2. In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown, we maintain emergency reciprocal dispatch agreements across North America to deploy replacement equipment promptly.
WealthProfusionLLC Transport maintains active commercial passenger and cargo liability insurance coverage up to $5,000,000.00 in full compliance with United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) statutory requirements.
These Terms of Service and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising hereunder shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
