1. Driver Qualifications & Screening

• Pre-employment and random DOT 5-panel drug and alcohol clearinghouse checks.
• Annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviews and continuous background verification.
• Mandatory defensive driving and extreme weather navigation training.

2. Hours of Service (HOS) & Fatigue Mitigation

All commercial vehicles are equipped with certified Electronic Logging Devices (ELD). Drivers must strictly comply with mandatory 10-hour off-duty rest cycles and 30-minute driving breaks after 8 hours of driving.

3. 90-Day Preventative Maintenance Checks

Every tractor, trailer, motorcoach, and executive sprinter in our network undergoes rigorous 90-day multi-point mechanical inspections covering pneumatic brakes, tire tread depth, steering linkage, and lighting systems.
