Applicable to all passenger travel and freight dispatches coordinated by WealthProfusionLLC Transport.
At WealthProfusionLLC Transport, we understand that travel plans and business logistics can change. Because our vehicles and professional drivers are dedicated to specific bookings in advance, the following tiered cancellation rules apply:
1. Luxury Charter & Tour Buses (40 to 56 Passengers)
- 14+ Days Notice Prior to Departure: 100% full refund of total fare and initial deposit, minus a standard 3% payment gateway processing fee.
- 7 to 13 Days Notice: 50% refund of the total reservation fare, or 100% credit applied to a future reschedule within 12 calendar months.
- Less than 7 Days Notice (Under 168 Hours): Deposit and balance become non-refundable due to vehicle staging and driver scheduling commitments. A partial future credit may be granted at executive discretion.
2. Executive Sprinter Vans & Airport Shuttles (12 to 15 Pax)
- 72+ Hours Notice: 100% full refund of fare and deposit.
- 24 to 72 Hours Notice: 50% refund, or full 100% transfer credit to a rescheduled date.
- Under 24 Hours Notice: Full fare applies; no refund.
- Flight Delays & Cancellations: If your incoming airline flight is delayed or canceled by the carrier, provide your flight number immediately; we will adjust your tarmac pickup time at zero penalty.
3. VIP Black Car & Luxury Sedan Chauffeur Services
- Point-to-Point Transfers: Free cancellation up to 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Cancellations under 4 hours are charged at the full minimum trip rate.
- Hourly As-Directed Chauffeur Bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to booking start time.
4. Commercial Heavy Freight Dispatch & TONU Rules
- Truck Ordered Not Used (T.O.N.U.): If a carrier has been dispatched, arrives at the shipper dock, or is en route within 4 hours of appointment and the load is canceled, a standard T.O.N.U. fee ($150–$300 depending on equipment type) will be assessed to the shipper/broker.
- Dry Run Fee: Assessed if driver arrives and shipper cannot load due to missing BOL, product unreadiness, or incorrect weight specifications.
5. Severe Weather & Acts of God
In the event that governmental authorities (DOT, State Police, or National Weather Service) declare mandatory road closures, blizzards, hurricanes, or state of emergencies that prohibit travel, WealthProfusionLLC Transport will issue a 100% full future reservation credit with no rescheduling fees.
