For large events, convention shuttles, and peak wedding dates, we recommend booking 3 to 6 weeks in advance. However, our dispatch team keeps reserve fleet capacity and can handle short-notice black car and shuttle requests when available.

Yes. For charter bus and black car bookings, a deposit holds your vehicle and driver. The remaining balance is paid 48 hours before pickup. For freight shipping, credit accounts with net terms are available for approved business shippers.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before departure receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 to 72 hours receive a full credit voucher valid for 18 months. If severe weather or official road closures prevent travel, trips can be rescheduled without penalty.

We dispatch 53ft Dry Vans, 53ft Temperature-Controlled Reefers, 48ft/53ft Standard Flatbeds, Step-Decks, Lowboys, and Oversized Heavy Haul rigs. We handle Full Truckload (FTL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), and team-driver expedited long hauls.

Every load dispatched connects to GPS tracking and ELD telematics. Shippers receive a tracking link and automated updates at pickup, state crossings, and prior to dock arrival.
